The worst Gap Cover ever

This is the worst Gap Over ever!! I send in everything online. Different people of Stratum asked me for the same info over and over. Seems to me the one person don't know what the other is doing. everything went to the same email. One of them even send me info of another person of 2022. Unbelievable!! At this stage I am still waiting for someone in Stratum to take responsibility for my claim and do something about it
