The watsapp service is great, I just indicated my credentials, and Brandon was able to pick up my profile and indicate if my potential claim was covered of not. Send through details of my cover on that option and further sent me details on documents to fill in and attach for the claim to be processed. This was a seemless and very convenient approach. My claim is in and now waiting for a response from the claims team
