Thanks where thanks is due

My recent experience with Stratum was a very positive one indeed. An unexpected decision threatened our members' cover, leaving us hanging. The Stratum team negotiated an alternative plan, maintained uninterrupted cover for the long-standing members, and negotiated a premium that exceeded expectation, considering the circumstance. The members were very grateful indeed, and the turn-around time very efficient. Thank you, Stratum. Service like what we experienced has sadly become the exception in the service market, so when you do come across it (as we were fortunate enough to do), it is certainly noteworthy. It was a refreshingly positive experience indeed.
