Thank you Andrea Bevilacqua from Stratum Benefits for going the extra mile to sort out a claim that we had problems with. My mom fell at home and a hip replacement was done. Medical aid did not pay the full amount and Andrea communicated with us and kept us up to date with the claim until it was finalised.
