Terrible, Unprofessional. all I can say is be ready to wait when you contact her!

Reason for my 1star rating is because of their website's online help service, I was assisted by Carmen, who managed to waste my time. as I struggled to get a proper answer from her, and on the last time I talked to her, she sent "Let me forward this through to our Unity Consultant to assist." so i thought either I am being transferred or she will advise that they will contact me back, but instead she wasted over 40min of my time not answering any of my responses, even thou I asked if I should stay online, or wait to be contacted. when I finally lost my patients and said I'm leaving, she asked for my number to call me, now do you think I want to talk to someone who already wasted 40min of my day. terrible, unprofessional & just rude. not even apologizing for it. all I can say is be ready to wait when you contact her, and even when my fiancé contacts her she always received half hearted answers, which at the end helped nothing.
