Terrible service with empty promises please your life is worth more than that. And medical bills is very expensive.

Terrible service at stratum. I have seen al the reviews about stratum. It's all bad and I understand why. We needed our gap cover to fit our medical aid. We've been with stratum for more than a year and still waiting for them to change the gap cover plan to fit our medical aid... Still waiting for them to phone me since they said they would about 5 months ago. Phoned them again and still waiting on the call so we phoned again to cancel because we got a much better offer from another company with much better service. But still waiting for the cancelation form. If they can't even attend to a call how will they assist in an emergency. Stratum services is a laughing situation waisted all that money on stratum but so you learn. People take my advice I will not give you the wrong advice. Stay away from stratum please. They come with good advertising... And the people who help you with medical aids and gap covers will fool you with beautiful words of stratum. All lies. Go to old mutual please people.
