Taking very long to give feedback on claims submitted more than 10 working days
Taking very long to give feedback on claims submitted more than 10 working days. Have a lot of excuses when asked for feedback on claims for example they have a backlog on claims. Chernade helped me with tracking the claims and was very friendly and helpful through the whatsapp line.
