Stratum - you should be ashamed!

This is probably the worst and dishonest company that offers gap cover. I asked for a quote in October 2024, provided all the information and never heard anything from them. The guy that received my email, never forwarded it, never responded and nothing ever happened. Fast forward to January 2025. No response is received on their Whatsapp line +***1, or on their email address. They debited my account with close to R1400.00 which was not authorized by me. They never responded regarding an amount which was double than what was quoted. I cancelled the policy on 15 January 2025. No further correspondence was received from them.
