Stratum lie and change the claim info as they wish to take money off you
You get basal cell carcinoma invading many deep areas. Suffering is what they want. Proof of malignant deep moles abs surrounding tissue abs they decide as they go what they cover. Lies abs deep more lies about what they cover but quick to take your premium. I have full proof of a deep tumour but still they say it hasn’t affected other areas. Do they want death rather?

26 May 2021, 14:39What is amazing is that it was one of your own staff that told me to lodge formal complaint as they also said it was a ridiculous response. How can a Tumor removal from a small skin biopsy not mean it has spread and affected underlying tissue. Apply some logic!

26 May 2021, 15:49Thank you for you negative response. Had someone done their job correctly this would not of happened. They are waiting for you now So what are you waiting for? Another day to pass? Of course the ombudsman told me you can contact me direct, I know all my rights on this. A cancerous Tumor that invaded surrounding tissue that had to be removed along with lesions was on the histology report, surely that's enough logic? A Tumor is not a lesion.
