Stratum GAP Cover (NOT)
We took out GAP cover to cover the "gaps" as we all know medical aids never pay the full amounts (and thats' a whole other compliant!). Stratum 1stly make it extremely difficult to claim, they always want this form, then that form etc etc. but of course the most frustrating and cheating thing is that they never PAY THE GAPS !! there's always an excuse. so sick of it
