STRATUM GAP COVER: EXCELLENT SERVICE DELIVERY PRATIKA PURSOOTH

I have a GAPCOVER with STRATUM and I have submitted my first claim last week. Today I phoned to make an enquiry whether they received my e-mail and if they require any other documentation.

We all know when you call a customer service centre of a service provider, most of the time you either get transferred to different departments, the consultant is either rude, unhelpful or you can hardly hear a word what they are saying. I don't even have to mention the many times your call get cut off or you wait for long periods of time for a consultant to assist you.

Needless to say, I was preparing myself for the above.

HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.

SHE WAS HELPFULL, FRIENDLY, ENERGENIC AND PROFESIONAL. BECAUSE IT WAS MY FIRST CLAIM, SHE FIRST PUT ME AT EASE AND GUIDED ME STEP BY STEP THROUGH THE PROCESS. AT THE END OF THE CALL, I WAS SATISFIED, RELIEVED AND PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY HER. IT IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT GAVE ME SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE.
