The Stratum staff member's interaction and response regarding my submissions to them have been very professional. I have found the staff to be very polite in all my dealings with them over the past 5 years. Their communication is clear and informative. It has been an absolute pleasure being a member of the Stratum Gap Cover scheme. I was never disappointed as they tend to respond and settle within a short period of time.
