STRATUM - FINDS REASONS NOT TO PAY
I have had Gap cover for several years and i have claimed for the first time this year after my husband was hospitalized. The first part of the claim they short paid on the excess i had to pay in doctors fees. The medical aid also didn't pay the entire hospital claim. I submitted the claim on the 23rd Jul 2021. Up to date i haven't received adequate feedback nor payment. I phoned and emailed numerous times and each time received a different story. To anyone seeking Gap cover please do NOT make use of STRATUM!!!
