Stratum ducking and diving on claim

I have a current claim covered by my Stratum Gap Cover policy, but they keep asking for a code which does no longer exists! An explanatory letter from my doctor and my request to the claims administrator to refer my claim to a supervisor simply elicited the same generic response! It is clear that Stratum want to avoid making a payment, and I'm shopping around for an alternative.
