Stratum designs policies to make sure minimal chance of payment being made
Don't believe the high ratings. Stratum designs the policies and cover in such a way to make sure that even on the elite cover, you have minimal chance of getting a payout. Also no point in replying Stratum and trying to save face on this forum. I have already spoken to the consultants and will me taking my business elsewhere.
