Stratum Customer Service

I recently dealt with Stratum’s customer service and can overall say that it was a good experience. The operator was friendly, patient and very helpful. Most of my queries were sorted out and the one’s that were not, she advised me on the next course of action. She did inform me upfront that she is still in training but she handled the call professionally and patiently.
