Stratum Benefits Worst Gap Cover
Hi
I do not Recommend Stratum!! as a GAP cover. Taking Ages to Process a Claim, and then when they finally process a claim , payout is worse... my claim amount was R1150, payout from Stratum R209. i am on the Compact 300 policy and have the additional Access optimizer !! Consider my policy canceled!

Your claim that we received was paid from the Gap benefit. On the Compact300 our Gap benefit we pay up to an additional 300% on top of your medical aid plan's rate to cover shortfalls on your doctors, specialists and healthcare providers accounts related to in and out of hospital events.
One of our Consultants will give you a call to provide you with more information with regards to the benefits available on both of the options with Stratum Benefits.
