Stratum Benefits! What benefits?

Stratum Benefits is a joke ! My claim has been pending for ages . I submitted all required documentation but I’m emailed with different problems ALL THE TIME!!! They’re quick to take that debt payment every month but when it comes to an actual legitimate claim then they delay , stall and request unnecessary documents! It’s infuriating. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I might as well cancel this disaster of a policy . It’s not beneficial at all ! I’m paying money to then every month for NOTHING! Appalling
