I agree with all the other poor reviews regarding the delaying tactics this company uses to avoid payment of claims. After 2 months of correspondence and submitting, and re-submitting the documents requested, I was at last advised that my claim had been processed and approved, and payment was on the way. To my astonishment, I then received a further e- mail advising me to disregard the previous mail, as it was sent in error, and my claim was not approved as the required documents had not been received. Frustrating !!!
