STRATUM BENEFITS REFUSES AND DRAGS CLAIM PROCESS!! SUPER SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have been waiting for a refund from Stratum Benefits but we have been going back and forth and this is ridiculous. I never missed a payment and now they do not want to refund my claim. I’ve sent all the requested forms, signed all of them and they come with another form for me to fill out. I fill it out and they come back again asking me to sign the forms which have already been signed. This is unacceptable. We pay our medical insurance every month and the money which needs to be refunded is way less than what I have already paid over the years. Just sickening how the whole process of getting my claim paid is dragging!!!!!
