I was blown away by Stratum Benefits. Due to financial constraints my monthly Debit Order was rejected. Without any communication with me, Stratum sent me an email saying that my Debit Order had been rejected (for what reason, they did not know) but that they were gifting me that month's subscription as a gesture of thanks for my loyalty. I responded by email thanking them for their unprecedented generosity...the like of which I have never experienced in my 30 plus years of being in business. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances I am going to have to cancel my gap cover but when I recover financially and can afford a medical aid again, Stratum will definitely be my choice for gap cover. Their generous action brought a wonderful ray of light into my very gloomy day!!! Rose McDonald
