Stratum Benefits is a ****!!!!!
Stratum are a ****!!!!! They claim to " pay up to an additional 500% cover on top of what your medical aid provides to cover shortfalls on your doctors’, specialists’ and healthcare providers’ accounts related to the following in- and out-of-hospital medical events. BIG FAT LIE! I paid a R4,000 co payment to a medical specialist, submitted a claim, they made me run around and get "detailed statements with ICD codes" all so they could refund me R137! Seriously????? Another claim I paid R1,500 co payment for x-rays and Stratum "approved" R3,97 refund - I kid you not!
