Stratum Benefits Incompetence

I'm extremely irritated with Stratum Benefits at the moments. I've been a member for a few years and never missed a payment yet I've sent THREE emails requesting to have my membership cancelled and it seems everyone forgot how to do their jobs.

Could someone please cancel this membership for me?

This has really left a bitter taste in my mouth and I really doubt I'll be using your services in the future again ...
