My experience with Stratum Benefits is always a pleasant one. All staff are efficient , helpful & polite. The service benefit that stands out the most for me is the whatsapp line which they have introduced , this saves alot of time as a simple message can be sent & the reply is received shortly. Stratum's layout as well of policy documents & communications is clear , concise & appealing which also makes engaging with them easier.

Chanel Francis at Stratum is whom assists me with queries & I have never had any issues , she has been more than perfect.

Krizia usually assists me on the whatsapp line & again I have never had any issues , service is always great.
