Stratum Benefits

Called in to Stratum benefits to sort out a duplicate payment. I was attended to by Masello, who introduced herself as a trainee. I found her very efficient, respectful, friendly, patient, she spoke very clearly and easy to understand. My call was a lengthy one as she had to liaise in between with accounts department to give me the answers I was needing. Never once did she loose here cool. Masello, being a trainee with such competence can only but be an asset to any company. I certainly give her 5 stars without hesitation. Katherine A
