I can agree to all the comments. I submitted a claim for a co payment on 7/7 2019 and they have all sorts of stories why not to pay this. Spoke to one of their supervisors, but no luck. Every time i send documentation the same message comes back. Phoned them several times , emailed them . This is the worse company i have ever seen, terrible leadership. I think they might be going bankrupt
