Stay away from stratum
Stratum’s turn around time is beyond appalling. I have waited weeks to get this claim sorted and now they have rejected the claim based on not receiving an authorization number from my medical aid which is absolute *******. Had they done their homework, they would’ve seen that this was pre-authorized. I’m on their elite plan and can’t even get a co payment paid out. Stay away from Stratum!!!!

Your medical aid has rejected this claim as not authorized by them , we can only relook at this claim if you take this up with your medical scheme and they apply a co-payment , currently the co-payment wasn't approved and this is the reason why your claim was rejected.
