Service delivery stratum

An incredible experience! From the minute my call was answered I felt as though the consultant by name of NK wished to genuinely assist me. Professional. Eloquent English and most gracious and patient. However I would strongly recommend that Stratum implements a strategy whereby the consultant sitting alongside the respective colleague be muted in some way. I could hear the full conversation with the client which was rather irritating and distracting to my consultant. The loud laughter in the office does not go down well with a client who has been holding on for several minutes. It gives tge impression of a party being held in the office.
