Query about account and payment information

I took really quite a while of holding on and selecting various options before I actually got through to an agent, that was a tiny bit frustrating. Once I got through to the agent, the agent was extremely friendly and helpful. She spoke very clearly over the phone and I could hear and understand her the entire time I was on the phone with her. She answered all my questions and within a few minutes she emailed the information needed to me. She kept me on the line to make sure the email came through. She also advised me about their whatsapp line wich is not robotic, that I can use in the future if I want to. The agent was really helpful and professional.
