Positive Experience

I joined six months ago after reading all the positive reviews. Last month, I made my first claim. When I returned to check reviews, I was concerned by the negative feedback. However, I was pleased to see that they honored their promise and paid the 20% within 10 days. While response times to emails can be a bit slow, taking around two weeks, I did receive a reply after 10pm, which shows that someone at Stratum is definitely working hard. Overall, I’m happy with their service.
