poor show stratum benefits - still waiting for claim from december 20th

Pls see attached script from my GP that was sent to me at casualty I went to my doctor (Gp ) before going to the JHB surgical hospital – they saw the script and sent me straight to X ray /ultrasound (no need for a casualty doctor to also make a script to send me to x ray )
I am very disappointed , this claim is from 20 December ? previous claims have taken a few days ?
On 20 Dec you asked for supporting documents which I sent on that day (see attached + below email )
Can you pls advise ?
