Philip Legote is a phenomenal customer service guy!

I called with very low expectations and Philip exceeded them by a mile! He was friendly - he started the conversation saying his name, other stuff and finished with, "how can I make your day?". ( : I had no idea how to navigate issues with my husband's upcoming back surgery and he explained everything patiently, kindly and professionally. He is a star employee- give him a promotion/raise!
