Pathetic stratum... Just pathetic!!!

Worst gap cover ever! I submitted a claim in October 2019 and had to follow up a million times before being told that I was apparently kicked off the gap cover that my family and I are on. None of the consultants could tell me why I was kicked off the policy and none of them ever call you back! You end up finishing all of your airtime trying to get a hold of this useless company! In the meantime the doctor keeps on calling you to make payment. This Is just ridiculous! I'm sick and tired of this nonsense! I would never recommend stratum to anyone!!
