PATHETIC SERVICE ON CANCELLATION AND REFUND BY STRATUM
Another complaint We cancelled a policy at the end of October 2024 It was never cancelled by Stratum Eventually we received a letter a month ago stating that the policy will be cancelled at end of December 2024 So we lose another month's premiums And still to date we have not received any refunds in our bank account. THIS IS PATHETIC service
