Pathetic service

I share the same sentiment, about the terrible service from stratum, as the other people here. I submitted my claim for than 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to pay out my claim. I've called multiple times and sent numerous emails and each time the person I've spoken has said they will escalate the claim but I'm still waiting for my claim to be paid out.
