Obfuscation

<p>I have had months of communication regarding my many claims. This org only offers "top-up" cover and not GAP cover as I found out years after signing up.</p> <p>The only slow responses from them that have been Claim Denied. The valid claims are still outstanding and the response is so so slow, I do not know what my situaton is and what more I need to submit. I even received a phone call at 7am when I was half-asleep! My ongoing requests for a status update falls on deaf ears.</p> <p>VERY disappointing</p>
