Non Payment of Claims

20/02/2015<br> I was hospitalized for a new condition on the 26/11/2014.<br> I was advised that i was out of benefits for this and would therefore have to claim from the top up policy that i have with Stratum Benefits. The broker Rene' de Villiers from Cube advised that she would put in a claim for this.<br> I was sent the claim forms which i duly filled in and sent back<br> Stratum then sent my Doctor forms asking for a report, but expecting him to fill in report with no payment for this. <br> He has sent in the report. on the 04/03/2015<br> When i call to find out the progress of this i am told please send it all in again as now we cant find it. on the 13/03/2015 as the person dealing with this Angel Tshabangu is not there. <br> i am seriously considering cancelling this policy as it is clearly not worth the irritation and a waste of money.<br> 13/03/2015 i called and no one can give me any progress or seem to care.<br> i am not resubmitting these claims as i pay for the service and am tired of the normal i must do their work. i am not paid to continually resubmit all the paperwork again.
