No service

Terrible. No client relations. I was claiming on my mom's gap cover as she passed away. 14 mails later I get a response and promises of more calls. Never happend, more mails and nothing. Eventually I get a mail.. I reply and I get again nothing. Thank goodness I am not in hospital or huge bills .. I doubt I would ever get anything.
