No customer feedback

Been holding the line for an 1hr, I submitted my cancelation request almost 2 weeks ago and got a reply stating someone will contact me, I have heard nothing after that, I purposely stated in my cancelation that i need this done urgently because i know there is a waiting period, no point in truing to call as they will never pick up.
