Having made a claim for an outstanding amount not paid by my medical Aid, Bontas, Mr Kutloano of your department explained to me that my Medical Aid was still in the process of dealing with this payment. I should therefore wait until this had been totally settled before submitting a claim to Stratum Benefits under my existing Policy BTM5031.
