Messages to Stratum bounced and blocked
I emailed Stratum Benefits on 17 Dec to query what I consider the excessively large increase in my premium (9.6%). The email address for queries, ***, has been sending me a bounced email every day for a week now, saying 'message not delivered'. I tried forwarding my message to *** and got a response saying my message has been blocked. If this represents Stratum's attitude to clients I think I need to find a new gap cover company.
