How about some regular claim updates?

I've been with Stratum benefits for a number of years however their services as of late has been terrible. You submit your claim, get an autoresponder and then hear nothing back for months where their SLA is 10 days. Right now, I submitted a claim a month ago and it hasn't been acknowledged yet. Phoned their contact centre to enquire and was met with a "I don't care attitude". Resent them the claim I referenced and nothing...and that's why I'm here. Its sad that you have to publicly complain to get a company to actually do what they're supposed to.
