Good initial service by Stratum Benefits

I have been paying my premium for a number of years to Stratum for a number of years and have never made a claim. I contacted them for help with my first claim and got very good service over the phone, and the claim forms were sent to me straight away, and the process and the benefits was explained to me. I have submitted my claim to their claims dept, and now just await feedback, and I do hope that the co-payment will be covered by Stratum. Still need to see how long it take for the claim to be processed and if approved.
