My first time putting a claim through, hassle free and quick feedback. Initially I had no idea how to claim, I called through and the guy I spoke was very helpful and patient with me. He even emailed me the instructions on how making the process for me easy. Once I submitted, within a week I got confirmation that my claim was approved. Overall a good experience with Stratum Benefits. I'm glad I chose them.
