Good business practice

Stratum gave us a month off our premiums which was brilliant, I've never had that from an insurer before and at this time of year that bit of financial relief was so welcome 😄

We're clients for life now lol and other insurers should take note of the long term reward instead of bilking their customers for short term gain. Customers being short changed on service and charged exorbitant fees aren't going to be customers for long, so take a leaf out of Stratum's book y'all! Yeah I'm looking at you insurance industry 🤨
