Funds not paid
I have been fighting with Stratum for Gap cover payment only to learn that Lake Smit got paid in full by my medical aid and they suppose to refund me but they remained silent until Stratum Discovery brought it to my notice. They been sitting with my portion for almost 3months. It's crazy
