Full refund refuse

Good day, After there is issues with the company. I did not give permission to go ahead with the gap cover. . They are not in a position to negotiate. The money was cancelled, the debit order at the bank 3 months ago stop, and still you deduct money. I want a full refund for the last 3 months. This is unacceptable. It is a risk for me to do any businesses.
