Following up on a claim submitted a week ago.
Sharon from Stratum assisted me, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She stick to her promises and came back to me. Although the claim is still not sorted out she indicated that they are busy with it and they will come back to me. She also requested additional documents which I forwarded to her.
