Follow up on claim

Good day, We submitted a claim early in December and are still awaiting an outcome. On the 22nd of December I received an email stating that you do have all the required documents (Some were previously outstanding). I know it was holidays and you were closed. I would just like to follow up on how far you currently are. I sent emails which have not been answered yet. Can someone please give me some guidance. Thank you.
