First time applicant

In the beginning I did have lots of issues having someone contact me , after leaving messages and calls unfortunately the process needs to go through sales consultants and I suppose having many public holidays this did delay the process , however when I did go through a sales consultant (Tevin) everything transpired smoothly , we went through plans and options , all my questions raised was handled and it was happy . As at Jan24 I am an active client with stratum benefits and I am sure the journey will be wonderful. Cheers to a blessed 2024 !!!!!
